Tender Opportunity - First Stage Options Appraisal

South Kintyre Development Trust is seeking competitive fee proposals to carry out a first stage options appraisal for the adaption and re-use of the Old Post Office in Campbeltown.

The purpose of this Options Appraisal is to find use or combination of uses that will provide a long term solution for this building which will compliment services provided by the Town Hall and adapt to the needs of its users across the years.
